Roll for Consequences

In this game, when you want to do something, you first roll to find out what the consequences would be if you failed. The group collaborates to figure out *why* the consequences are what they are.

For example, say you decide to boil the kettle, but your d6 comes up highest on your roll. Boiling the kettle now has potentially disastrous consequences if you fail. The plot movement forward results from the creative explanation of why this mundane kettle is suddenly super dangerous.
