Silas and Mr Hootyfoots Peculiar Potion Puzzle

This is a really cool potion puzzle I did with my DnD group a while back. I've just now got round to writing it up so it is intelligible to others and making it look pretty. 

It is basically a home chemistry project of mixing different kitchen substances to make cool effects like fizzing, foaming and colour changes, with a little logic puzzle thrown in.
